Steve started in restaurants briefly as a server, but quickly found himself in the kitchen, cooking across the city and in Madrid before finding his way to the bar. Steve's bartending experience is expansive — ranging from Zou Zou's and Bad Roman to Bandits, The Expat, and Electric Lemon.
