Raised in Las Vegas, Guy Gladstein fell in love with the hospitality industry at a young age. Spending over 10 years cooking and more than five years in front of house over the years, he’s been on the closing team at chef Daniel Boulud's DB Brasserie in Las Vegas, and worked at The NoMad in New York, among other NYC establishments. He also attended The Culinary Institute of America. Guy joined the Silver Apricot team in 2021, and is thrilled to expand his role as a managing partner of sister restaurant Figure Eight.
